Firms interested in submitting a bid should request an Intend to Bid Form from

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 16 September 2026
at 11:55 p.m. (local time). Forms should be emailed to with the
subject line: “SR2369552763- VI00 Supply and Installation of Integrated Greenhouse System – St.
Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands’’

Following the closure of this Tender Notice period, the Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be
issued to firms who submitted an Intent to Bid Form.
