Description

1. The primary role is to ensure that all activities in the aviation environment are conducted in a safe manner in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices.
2. Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority is committed to the safest operations possible. Therefore, it is imperative that the Authority has uninhabited reporting of all incidents and occurrences that in any way affect the safety of the operations.
3. It is each employee’s responsibility to communicate any information that may affect the integrity of the various systems used for flight safety and security to promote a timely, uninhabited flow of information; this communication must be free of reprisal
4. It is incumbent upon all employees to embrace this safety philosophy to help the organization maintain the highest possible standards in the services that are provided to Member States.
